JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all sales activities, mainly in the Hanoi office, reporting directly to Japanese management.
• Oversee reports and updates from the Ho Chi Minh office.
• Handle sales of cutting tools and industrial machinery, engaging with current customers and acquiring new clients.
• Collaborate with suppliers and explore alternative suppliers as needed.
• Provide technical consulting to customers and manage sales documentation (with admin support if necessary).
• Monitor order progress, resolve issues, and follow up on payments and debt collection

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years of managerial experience, with extensive experience in Japanese companies
• Have sales experience in industrial products, especially machinery and tools
• Preferred knowledge of mechanical engineering, particularly CNC machines and cutting tools
• Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2)
